Set 802.1x settings using telnet?

Is it possible to use telnet to set 802.1x settings (username, password, etc.) on 4018 and 4028 phones?

Here's what we do using config menu on the phone:
802.1x -> Login -> MAC@ to login:No
802.1x -> Login -> Login:ALCIPT
802.1x -> MD5 Profile: On
802.1x -> MD5 Profile ->Password=[password]
802.1x -> TLS Profile: Off
