4068 IP attendant

Hai

We installed 4068 IP Attendant phone. When we are in conversation second call landing we are getting only one beep tone (very low). Operator not able to observe the waiting calls. Where we are getting second calls, is there any possibility we can activate continuous beep tone.

another option:

When operator receives the second call, customer wants to forward the waiting calls to another extension. if this is possible can you please provide me the config procedure.

see trafic overfllow parameters and values and config a set to be ATTENDANT help yeah it's assistance to attandent.
