Hi Guys,
I have one extension which I cannot transfer external calls to.
Int transfer works.
Error message comes up "pbx recall rejected"
Transfer by clicking on the extension in pimphony transfer works fine.
Checked features for the handset and transfer ext to ext is checked and compared it against an extension which transfer external works.
Any ideas of what I can check?

Joining between external trunks ticked?
Join incoming and outgoing/outgoing and outgoing/incoming and incoming ticked in user features?

Yeah all those are on.
It's wierd that it works for all users except this handset.
It's also weird that it works in pimphony but not on the handset by typing the handset.
It makes me think there is a problem with my dialing plan because this extension is 650 (base is 600 for my internal range).
My Internal Dialing Plan for Users is 600 699 100 Drop No
and public is 600 699 100 Drop no
I just tried to call from external again and asked to transfer to another extnesion (680) and that also has rejected error....

I will have a look at the DTS joining but I'm pretty sure it's already turned on because otherwise I wouldn't be able to transfer to users with extensions between 600-650.
