OXO to OXO

Post by failure.ehia »

Hi everybody,

we have 3 OXO. the oxo 1 and oxo are working already. oxo 1 can call oxo 2 and vice versa. I added 1 oxo which is the oxo 3. I configured it also so that it can make a call to oxo 1 and oxo 2. The problem is that we hear nothing. if oxo oxo 3 call oxo 1 and call it will ring, but the only problem is that i cant hear the oxo 1 and 2 talking. if oxo 1 and 2 make a call to oxo 3 same also we hear nothing. :( Anyone help..

Usually - when you can call but not hear - problem with data transmission network.
Or some restriction (security rules), or another problem - f.e. you connect two sites via Internet and use NAT.
In last case - for signaling will be used declared in management address (like 88.213.....) but for voice - will be used real IP address for VoIP board (f.e. from pivate network like 192.168...)

We have 2 OXO that are working right? I think 50kms away from OXO 1 to OXO 2. The OXO 3 located where OXO 1 is located. Just wondering because last time OXO 3 was working I just changed the IP address of OXO from 10 series to 192.168.. as what OXO 1 and OXO had... the oxo 1 and 2 are using OMC 711 57.1a and R7.x while the oxo 3 is OMC 600 15.1b and R6.x...
