Serial on OxO

Hi,

If one connects serially to an Oxo and opens a hyperterminal window at 115200 you will get to enter a username and password.

Does anyone know what is the username and password?

But what you want? This is not login for connection and management. This is for switching serial port mode - management via OMC or for downloading process control (view process/ system messages) .

Just curious always wanting to know more. If someone knows it I would like to have it in my documentation even if probably for no use.

hi, it's in the doc's and is only used to show the boot sequence. good for debugging but you are not able to do much but view.

root user/pass is controller by an RSA key.
you won't be able to login as root unless you work for alcatel (or you are a hacker who hacked emc and got the rsa seeds)...
