OXR R9.0 -GD Shelf

I have IP phones behaving strange now in a GD shelf. These have been working fine for the past 3 months, but now some 4038 phones start to have one way speech which i clear by deleting the user and recreating on mgr.
What can also cause the IP phone not to sound the ringing when another user is called, you just hear the other party talking but there is no ringing on the calling set.

The GD reboot helps clear the ringing part, but the one way speech still occurs. We have about 20 IP phones, it happens to about 2 phones per week.
I intend rebooting the CPU over the weekend.

check codecs in the system.Run traces to see what is going on.

Strange - I think GD in this case not a problem.
For signaling - used CS (or fictive INTIP).
For speech used Direct RTP (each phone send the RTP packets to another phone - not to the GD board).

You can (f.e.) connect one phone via hub. Prepare notebook whis SW like wireshark. When with this phone you will have problem - not interrapt call, connect PC and check - phone not send RTP packets, or send to the wrong address ...

GD used (for codecs) - IP phone-TDM phone (or TDM external line) connection.

For IP phone - used DHCP or static addresses? If DHCP - in PBX IP domain declared (f.e. IP range in 0 domein)?

I am facing the same issue and alcatel TAC is saying RTP lost and we have alcatel switches at site.

Could you please help me.
