6850 stack slot/port number

Recently we had a problem with our stack of 6 switches 6850-48L. PC connected to it had lost connection to the entire network communication, telnet (ssh) to switch console worked very slow . In the swlog before the failure occurred there are messages:
FRI MAY 13 12:21:27 2011 INTERFACE info Got connection from slot 3:360
FRI MAY 13 12:21:39 2011 INTERFACE info Got connection from slot 2:361

After restarting the entire stack, everything is working OK.
What is the meaning “Got connection from slot.. “ in the above messages, which switch/port number is it?
