Listen to voice guide IAA error when incomming call

Hi everybody,
I just configure auto attendant and one error occur. Ex: 3 caller simultaneously,
When the first incoming call connect to voice guide and listen all. (welcome to abc corp, please dial extension number or press 0...).
When the second incoming call connect to voice guide and listen middle voice guide. (please dial....press 0..), the head voice guid is cut, don't listen all guide!
...when the third incoming call same as the second.
Only the first is ok, the second, the third are not ok (Note: 3 caller simultaneously).

Any idea to fix error occur!

i dont know if it will work but try to set diffusion nb to 1 inside the leaf.

i have no understand this issue, i configured auto attendant i think it worked, (listen voice guide, transfer to extension number....). But when 3 incoming call simultaneously, only the first call is ok, 2nd and 3rd call still error (only listen middle voice guide, head voice guide lost).
i use Common R9.1, APA board......

Hi,

So ur VG is playing in middle, solution is simple, go to Voice guide, make it parameter VG start -Yes in all VG which is used in IAA.

I checked voice guide for IAA, and changed follow your guide. After make to incoming calls, no error occur! Thank you so much.

Can you share IAA configuration same like your setup i want (When the first incoming call connect to voice guide and listen all. (welcome to abc corp, please dial extension number or press 0...).need configuration complete process of IAA...
