Issue in Check and Check out data with Fidelio

I have PBX with AHL to OPERA - MICROS. The hotel management is set to guest management. With this option the checkin and check out is not hapening through AHL. If the management is changed to room management check in and check outs happen. There is no issue with SMDR updates. Can somebody help on this.

What do you mean "If the management is changed to room management "?
In first case was created (in user) - room sets (with equipment) and guests (without equipment)? - during check-in guest linked with room.
In second case you delete guests sets?

What i meant by room management is under "mgr/applications/hotel/review modify/management mode = room management".

In this setting check in and Check out is happening from PMS link.

But in the mode that you had described, check in and check out is not getting updated.

My question was - when you select guest mode - in this case was created in "users" some user with equipment (room) and user without equipment (guest)?

Yes rooms with multioccupancy has equipment numbers and rooms with guest don't have equipment numbers

.....Long time
Suite management needs addtional (S)string along with normal checkin string. Fidelio has to be informed that suite management is implemented. Hope this info is of help.

The issue got resolved. by mapping room to Guest under static management by room
