Problem with 3 call to AA.

Hello, i have OXO R400/020.001.
AutoAttendant is configured: External incoming calls go to HG540 (2 voice mail units opened); Greeting is written; Single AA function: free dialing;Default function: go to subscrb/HG;

Problem is:
First and second callers listen to greeting and go to HG, if they don't dial internal number. Third call (if both voice mail ports are busy) goes to ext. 175. Though there isn't any forwarding to this internal number.
I've checked everyting. It seems like a mystery.

Dynamic routing of hunt group or port? Default attendant group?

I've solved the problem! Function "General monitoring" was activated on this analog extention in virtual keys.
