Call log

Hi All

I have a problem with my call log not inserting the 90 in front of a received number for call back. The problem is only aparent if a call is received to a ccd agent via a pilot, the call log shows the call but has no 90 so can not be called back. a direct call to the same agent does have my 90 so it can be called back.

any help is apreciated
