disable the Voice mail buttons on Outlook Extensions client

1. How disable the check-boxes for Voice mail buttons (RECORD, PLAY, STOP, PAUSE, FAST FORWARD, FAST REWIND) from outlook extensions client installed on MS Outlook 2007 ???

Reason:- Not all users in our company is provided with unified voice mail, hence these buttons are misleading users with voicemail from 4635.A

2. Also the check-box for "Launch the unfied extensions client when opening Ms outlook" needs to be disabled for users.

Reason:- Slow down the start-up for MS Outlook.

1. Modify the bar on that PC (Personalize)
2. Uninstall the bar or check the options to launch at your will.

you can go omnitouch tool bar to disable the buttons also its good that you dont give the rigths to users who dont need access.
