IP desktop softphone lockout 9.1.2.6

I seem to have an issue with IP desktop softphone v9.1.2.6. SZeems that when there is a high volume of calls, the IP desktop softphone lovks out. After investigation, I found that the process ABER.exe seems to stop responding. If you reboot the process IP desktop softphone works again.

When I cuts out, the message 'connection lost' appears, advising that it has lost IP connection with the core, however, IP is working fine (ran wireshark traces and can still see data sent from PC to network) and the PC is NOT locking out at all, all other applications are working as they should.

Any ideas anyone on occurrence. In case, the PC is not set to go to screensaver and not set to go into automatic lock after a period, as I am aware these (including power save mode) can cause the issue.

Issue is corrected on IPDSP version 9.1.2.9
