4037 IP Phone with R9.1

Hello everybody,

I have an OXE R9.1 with some 4037 sets.
Audio quality is very bad and sometimes IP phone resets.

That's why i would like to know if 4037 set is always supported with R9.1 ?
If yes, could someone tell me how to check TSCIP version currently used.

Sure it is supported in R9.1.

"ippstat" is very useful command. Check menu 14 - Ip Phone download menu.

Did you know where and how i can found the reset cause of such kind of sets ? Using incvisu i saw nothing for 4037 sets. Is there something similar as for IP touch sets ("Ip touch reset cause" using ippstat) ?

"telnet" to eReflex, and run "defense 99" command.It shows last 100 resets reasons.
