Digital phones are used power of PBX, why must use adapter? and what 's adapter for digital telephone?

With adapter you can simultaneously connect to ONE digital port two sets - analog and digital. With different numbers, this sets will work independently.
Search f.e. "AP Interface" in system doc

I don't understand. Why you can simultaneously connect to ONE digital port two sets - analog and digital, because one digital port is only for a digital phone?

Look in system doc - system doc/ hardware.. / TA and TCS adapters/ ALU AP interface
