Connecting to the console port on the CSM

I'm having a heck of a time trying to get consoled into this box. Does anyone know the R232 settings?

Also, is there anything in the config or bof file that would disable the port?

default RS232 setting :

baudrate : 115200
data bits: 8
parity : none
stop bits :1
flow control : none
