room station can't hear the dial tone,it with the extend VMS.

had OXE system :
version:R6.1.1(f250233a)
with an 8port external VMS,use 4610 type.
now the station 81206 had the problem :when check out the room , lift up the handset can't here the dial tone,dial to other station can conversation. used the zdpost to check the station data,had seen a voice mail. but the station'led not on.

Mailstatus.Voice.Age =0
Mailstatus.Fax.Number =0
Mailstatus.Fax.Age =0
Mailstatus.Textnumber.Number=0
Mailstatus.Textnumber.Age =6
i try to :
1,press "*521"to swith off the led . but the station is still can't hear the
dial tone.
2,dial the voice mail access prefix enter to the 81206 mailbox ,can hear
nothing. the station still can't to hear dial tone .
3,check the callbckstat , can't to see any callback.
3, exchange the EZ32 board ,still
4, delete the station ,recreate the station. everything is OK.and zdpost station :"Mailstatus.Voice.Number =0"

but several days, the issue is come back.

how to do .

I also see cases like you, but it's R8 and i contact ALU to issue a hotfix.
