Switch over twin CPU make call released in R9.1

Hello All,
I've problem in R9.1 due to even if i was bascul/switch over, every IP touch set in conversation will be release but did not reboot also can be recall as normally.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

During IP Touch set conversation.
I want to use the conmmand "bascul" to switch over the CPU to use standby CPU.
After the command "bascul" then CPU is switch over with all IP Touch set are released.

IP Touch not restart it self just a call in conversation released.

I found this problem in following patch of R9.1.
i1.605.16.c
i1.605.18
