Config like keyphone system

Hi all,
The customer needs the 2 feature as below:

1.The extension (digital set) can answer the incoming trunk line by pressing the trunk line key and put it on-hold then reanswer the call from the other extension by pressing the same trunk line key.(like keyphone)

I config the keys of extension as resource/special phys. access/ phys. addr.,and put the delayed callback for calls on hold active.


2.The extension cann't make an outgoing by pressing these trunk line keys, it must dial ARS prefix for cost down issue.

I don't know where to config or modify. Who can tell me? or the other solution can meet customer's needs?
