SMDR Data collection OXO

Hi I need to collect SMDR/CDR (Calls raw data) from OXO rls 7. I could not found a way of doing that and tried document but still no success the way to collect raw data of all outgoin calls?? can somebody guide me the menu options/or conmfiguration ?? how can i setup a PC to collect outgoing calls raw data.

There are exist two ways of doing that.
First: doesn't require license, but require additional hardware: 4083 ASM or 4093 module - serial port to UA converter. COM-port of PC connect to this module, choose this module in OMC/ Metering/ Metering Transmission Characteristics and activate metering: OMC/ Metering/ Metering/ External Metering Activation V24.
Second: require license "Call accounting over IP" and software "Office Link Driver" (OLD).
This is all written in documentation part 8.4 Call Metering.

I have a problem with creat V24 access.
- i change "Terminal/base stat" of UA Port to TA
- After that i try to creat V24 access but when i select UA port and click Add, the "Sub device" is inselectable --> can not creat V24 access

anyone had problem before? If had, pls share your experience.

You don't need to create this. Simply connect TA to OXO, after that - refresh Subscriber/Basestation List. There are you wiil see your TA and V24 subdevice.

In case that don't work disconnect TA, configure that port like UA Access and then reconect TA. That must works.
