Hello,
A customer upgraded to Windows 7.
With XP we used the Callto://phonenumber hyperlink in the CRM to start the dialer.
But with Windows 7 i cannot find a way to link the Callto:// to the dialer.
Anyone has this working already?
Regards,
Henk
Callto:// how to make this work in Windows 7
Hi Henk
I post here because I have a big interest about this solution. I am from Brazil and I have clients who want to make calls from their CRM to the OXO. They are doing some tests with Alcatel TSP ( it comes with PIM Phony ). The best would be CRM direct to the OXO. Can you explain how you do this?
Thanks a lot.

Hi Enio,
It works with Windows XP and TSP.
Basicly the callto:// was used for netmeeting calls and can be changed to use the Windows Dialer instead of Netmeeting.
On Windows 7 (not sure on Vista) the netmeeting program is gone and so is the posibility to assign an external program to the callto://
I know this is not the answer your looking for but CRM direct to the OXO sounds like CSTA to me.
