Preannouncement with automatic N/R mode

Hi,

We need to program a preannouncement for a special DID number of a group. In normal mode MSG1 must be broadcast and in restricted mode, MSG2 must be broadcast and hang up.
We use automatic N/R with Grp1 for Normal and Group2 for Restricted.
We tried different configurations with no success for the restricted mode.

Last, we tried to affect the DID to attendant group in the Public Numbering plan and set only MSG2 in the AttGrp #2.
The msg is not broadcast and the line hangs.
Can someone describe me the best way to do this ?

In restricted mode, direct the DDI to a virtual extn with voicemail and configure as "answer only" mode.
This will play your restricted message and disconnect to call.

Use voicemail seems to be the best solution, now it's OK.
