Unsuccessfully transfer call from outside call with Local/ext #.

We have 2 oxo. one in other place but we have LAN network. If im goin to call a school with local/ ext number and am goin to transfer in my boss office based( to another oxo) it will release the call. I cant successfully transfer the call.

You make supervised or unsupervised transfer?
What kind of connection between the 2 OXO? (ISDN, H.323, SIP?) Detail your config.

If the external lines are analog by default the joining is unticked (Trafic sharing and barring analog trunk to analog trunk joining). That is because if you don't use busy tone detection or polarity reversal they can block in joining scenario.
