Porblem with Analog trunk DTMF detection

Post by luis.molinas »

Porblem with Analog trunk

I have the following configuration in my analog public access, I have two boards in the first eight lines fixed and the second, two lines of mobile phones(GSM gateway). with my fixed lines I have no problem.
The problem is that when a call comes to mobile lines, the AA tells you the options and when you press any of the options do not assimilate, in summary ignores any of the options selected. Mobile lines only have this problem.
With fixed-line when a call comes, the options assimilates well pressed.

If someone could give me some help, of course thank you very much!

Perhaps mobile lines has very high level of audio and dtmf tones are not "heard" by AA.

hi hg7,

With the new recording, when you change the format supported by the oxo. diminished audio quality and volume.
This can not be done on oxo. I use a program to do it and then load the new recording.

You can modify the impedance of the analog lines (very short line, long line, very long line....)
