Country profile configuration

we have configured a wrong country profile in a OXO. Please help me how to change the country profile.

Any help would be appreciated..

OMC-->Tools-->OMC software download--> download the software with relevant language

The sofware is downloaded to the inactive partition. You have to make a swap with data saving (at OMC disconnect or postponed).

Try first to check what I told you and read the docs. You need the relevant firmware on the laptop.
