Does anybody used some VoIP recording solution based on Parrot-DSC VoIP recording board from Cybertech? http://www.parrot-dsc.com/home.asp?p=50043
We got problem that Parrot DSC voicelogger SW doesn't detect end of VoIP call from Alcatel VoIP phone 4038.

Are you using port mirroring on a switch or OXE option for IP logger?

I am testing through simple old 10 hub. Its definitely problem not on LAN side, something wrong on Parrot.

Wireshark traces? Do you see RTP flow on wireshark capture?

Try with mgr-->Applications-->Recoding IP logger create IP address of the Parrot logger

Solution not linked with OXE like some Nice IP DR link.
I believe that somebody can help if has experience with Parrot.
