Configuration problem

Hi, I have installed PimPhony software on my laptop, PBX is OXO release 7. I am getting the following error while loading Pimphony..i can ping OXO system from my Laptop..please advice how to resolve that problem.....attached is screen capture of error...

Could somebody help?? i also tried different version of PimPhony and it also pop an error "Enter IP of Voiceboard"....Can somebody point some tips???

Hello DFK,

what I can see is that you try to run PIMphony IP on Windows 7. If it a x64 bits version it will not work. Latest version build 2070 (PIMphony IP and TSP) is not yet compatible with Windows 7 64bits. Alcatel announced compatibility for end Q1 but as usual they are late, I didn't have any information about availability of a new version.

Hi, Maurice. i also tried using XP and gets error of Unique IP address. The document showing error is also attach..please advice??

About main CPU and VoIP addresses - you have CPU/VoIP card or CPU + CoCPU/VoIP cards (in last case you cannot use the same addresses)

Thanks for info. I think my problem is related to OXO IP configuration rather PimPhony configuration...As i understand 20 free basic pimphony license is available with OXO and every oxo also have CPU/VoIP card or CPU + CoCPU/VoIP cards....am i correct??? In my case when i insert IP`s of VoIP board same as CPU IP it gave an error e unique IP address...Can somebody help how can i insert VoIP card IP same as of CPU IP?? and if i need some hardware card??
When i load Pimphony it gave an error of "could not locate/find VoIP card"

If VoIP board (VoIP8 f.e.) installed on CPU board - you can manage the same address.
If you have CPUboard and you have CoCPU with VoIP board - CPU and CoCPU will have different addresses

Hi Vad, I think i have coCPU thats why i cannot use different IP address.. Can you guide how could i check which board and CPU is installed in my OXO??
