Analyze outgoing attempted calls in Controlling Software Alwin Pro

I have a OXO Rel. 6.0 connect to Controlling Software Alwin Pro.
The transfer from the OXO for incomming and outgoing calls is ok. Except of outgoing attempted calls (For example where the subsciber does not answer)
Is there an option in the configuration to activate this feature, so that I can analyze outgoing attempted calls?

As I know, outgoing NOT answered calls are not registered in OXO, and therefore couldn't been transferred to Controlling Software.

Thanks for your answer.
That's what I suspected. I found a compromise solution for me. I export the PimPhony log into *.csv file. PimPhony is recording also Not answered calls. So I use Access to import and analyze the *.csv files.
