Nokia E75 with ICC 2.2.X not compatible

I have a problem with Nokia E75 when work with ICC 2.2.13.
it's work only in Cellular mode and when I tried to make it work in Dual Mode. it takes strange behaviour.
so does any one tried E75 in dual mode before?. and if it's work what's the version which is used for dual mode.
