I am with problem in consultation pick group, information.

We say about pick-up group (you manage pick-up group name in user parameters)? Or about HUNT group? 200 HG per node (or network) and 40 user in one group maximum?

You cannot manage pick-up group in "mgr>groups>pickup group".
If you need to add/remove user from pick-up group - just enter or delete pick-up group name in user parameters (mgr / users/ review/modify).

i need to consult the pick groups create in the pbx, the pbx has 43 groups created but i need to know the name of the pick groups.

Ok!! Now understand.
mgr/ groups/ pick-up group/ feature/ Set max. number of instances for review - if not help or use filter, or use for management 4760i.

You need to change "Set max. number of instances for review to -1.

Na próxima vez tente escrever somente em inglês, assim ficará mais fácil conseguir ajuda.

I Found the problem. Tha maximum number of instances to consult the pick group was setted to 11. I´ve changed to 100 on: mgr>groups>pickup group>facilities>set max number os instances per consult.
