Problem during GD-2 startup

I have received a new GD-2, Repeatedly reboot after startup, the information is as follows，can anyone tell me how to solve? Thanks all!

Normally when we get just the GD from Alcatel we need to run the pc installer to load it. Select GD/GA binaries in the installer for this.

2) DIL switch set as GD?

Looks like the board needs to be flashed. Re-load the GD binaries as murraya suggested.

I greatly appreciate your timely help,hope you can understand my poor English.
I just Re-load the GD binarries ,However, do not seem to work. the information is as follows ,When the Re-load is completed, the screen stopped.
I reconnect the GD,found the GD still repeatedly reboot .
Did i do anything wrong during Re-load ,i used PC installer and select GD/GA binaries .Driver files(g1503、g150317、g150317d) in C drive,"Media Gateway binary versions"select "43.21";"Network" select"Direct cable".

So what the correct value of DIL switch when i re-load the nand flash?
