dead number pad

Hi,

having IP Touch 4028 EE and OXE 9.0. I don´t why but the number pad stopped working. All other keys are still alive. I´m asking myself whether I deactivated them, but how?

When you lift handset - string like "please dial" present?
May be some problem with phone feature COS (routing mode at of-hook) and routing table.
If you try to dial number without lift handset?
