8400 ICS with 8440 VM embeded - Conection Problem : reason

This is an info to previous thread on same topic

we expereince similar issue
Here how it happens
OXE need to be updated, and GD updated alos
so there was a complete restart of CPUs

then dialing voice mail number of our 8440 VM embeded in 8400 ICS fails
looking at OXE sipregister : the registration in oxe of VM number was missing

we consult our ICS support, they tells us that was just a matter of time to get back a new registration
anyway we dont wait so much and restarted ICS service
