Hi. I have a platform on OXE R9, and in incvisu many errors Monitel 1680. I made ISDN traces and see that one GA is on all message. Can it be a physical problem on my card? The MADA? Help is needed.

Hi momosambe. I don't understand relation between ISDN traces and GA?. However, use incinfo US0 <incident number> to check your incident. Take a lokk to that info and ask if you need more help. Regards.

Thanks Tincho for your answer. I have received an information Alcatel and the issue is identified. They sent me a patch to solve it and it will be included in the next delivery (h1.301.37). For information i am in h1.301.34
