I'm an IT guy rather than telephony so apologies before I start, the OXO is the only PABX I've ever worked on.
I'm trying to setup PABXSoft on a 14 day trial to see whether it can delivery what my customer needs for call logging. I've used these forums to good effect to get OLD v2.3.3 installed on my PC (Windows XP) and get it setup to talk to my test OXO (Release 5.1). After a few trials and tribulations (mainly resolved by manually editing the OhlDriver.conf file so that the service ran in Metering mode instead of Hotel mode) I've got it creating TicketCollector.xml files on my PC and I can see tickets being raised for each Outgoing call being made.
However I'm not seeing any Tickets being raised for Incoming calls (abandoned or connected) to my OXO. This is nothing to do with PABXSoft as the software just reads the TicketCollector.xml files and the incoming calls arn't producing Tickets. I'm pretty certain this is a setup on the OXO issue but I could do with some assistance in finding the right setting.
