v3.35 sm ERROR

hi , i had today my new phone but when i connect it to the line all the screen becomes active and on the screen i anly read V3.35sm

does anyone knows what it might be the problem?

hi, it sounds like one of 2 things...
1: digital phone is plugged into a analogue port
2: incorrect phone tye is configured on the digital port.
