reports - date - last week

If I want to generate a report with the pre-defined date period "last week" but the first day in the week should be Monday and not Sunday. How can I accomplish this?

Regarding the date format I found in another thread that I must choose the specific "language" to be able to format my date string

But a change to, for example, Germany (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven-day_week#Week_number) does not give me the start day of Monday but still sunday.

Not sure you can change the start day of the week.

Maybe have to apply a more specific filter
