Attendant in a network ?

Post by frank »

Hi..

I am pretty sure it's not possible, but I'd rather ask..

-> I have 10 nodes
-> One attendant group (0) in node 1
-> All nodes have their own entity
-> Each entity has ATD GROUP MANAGER 1

I just added another 4059 in node 10.
I'd like this attendant to be in the same ATD GROUP as the first one.
Is this possible in a network ?

Thx

Hello,

i checked it on a ABC-F Network
and i can´t add an attendant to
a group from a other node.
I got the message "Attendant group xx doesn´t exist"

In my first ABCF-installation in R4 I made an error: I created an attendant group 0 in each node. After the audit everything worked fine cos the audit rejected the settings as local. But with broadcast on I got a total mixed up attendant group as I changed some routings.
Is it REALLY not possible on your sites when you have broadcast on on the attendant menus???
