Ticket Backup Procedure

Hi..

I have a situation here....At one of the client side system rel is 7.0 with OMV rel 4.0.

System went down due to harddisk issue. i was having the backup for mao as well as accounting so i had made the system working on temporary harddisk of rel 7.1.

system was working on this temprorary license for almost 25 days.

Now i have restored it back to his original release 7.0 and backup from the day system went down.

i have reports in OMV till the date system went down. how can i retrieve the tickets which are there in temprory rel 7.1 harddisk. Can both the tickets can be merge again the same OMV.

Transfer the TAXA*.DAT files from /usr4/account into the Omnivista server into ?:\4760\data\loader\Network\Sub Network\Node folder. Can launch a sync to make it read the tickets & it should load any that aren't in the DB already.
