OXE not generating the right tickets(TAXAxxxx.DAT)

Hello guys

I have a problem on Alcatel OXE
Its about accounting on OXE. (R 5.1)
Until a date i have on OXE ticket with TAXAxxxxx.DAT format but after that i noticed that ticket with IPAxxxxx.DAT where generated (these files are not taken in account by Omnivista )

IPAxxxx.DAT tickets are generated up to date and i need TAXAxxxx.DAT to be up to date so i can generate the right reports on Omnivista

I tried accreset ,account commands to restart the accounting process but nothing happened.

Please let me know i you need more specific information .

Check accounting management - f.e. if you use account by duration and now use new IP TG instead of previous TG - managed or not in duration acconting item "TG accounting period" for your TG (f.e. at end of call).
Check incident about accounting.
