help to connect 4200e with the pc

I want to connect to an Alcatel 4200E so i can program it. I downloaded the software (PCMMC R422) but i dont know how to made a cable to connect those two.

are you wanting to plug straight on to the front or connect via v24 modem?

I have the same problem. Don't know how to make a serial cable to access 4200 from the
front panel configuration port on CM board. So far I have got along by using an analog line
for modem access, but it is very slow and not always available.
