Problem of transfer

Dear all,
I have an OXO R2 installation with a mix of Alcatel and Philips (Sopho Baseline Pro) analog sets.
While I can transfer calls with the Alcatel phones without problem, its not possible using the Philips sets by pressing the R key. Any one with some information how to solve this problem.

Can you change the flash-timing of the philips analoge set ?
The OxO needs timings from about 80ms, as far as i know.
