I didn't fing a case like this so:
I have OXE with installed version R7.1. It has public PRA links and also PRA link Cisco call manager with call centre.
OXE manage transit calls from public operator to Call manager anf also calls from OXE users to call centre.
From Cisco site I was asked to add 0 infront of calling number.
I have tryed to figureout this but I didn't succed.
Does anybody have any suggestion???
Please help

Adding prefix 0 to calling number
Re: Adding prefix 0 to calling number
From what I can understand is that your network provider is not sending the leading 0. You can add it in the OXE but I doubt if it will be forwarded to the Cisco. Why doesn't Cisco add the 0 on it's incoming CLi? Or else ask the network provider to send the leading 0.
We don't see things the way they are; we see things the way we are!
Re: Adding prefix 0 to calling number
You need to add 0 before calling number or called number?
Re: Adding prefix 0 to calling number
During transit PTT-OXE-Cisco - OXE can do nothing with CALLING number.
When you call from OXE you can manage calling number what you want. Use NPD (create new one and use in TG in normal mode).
If we say about CALLED number - you can add 0. Depends of your management:
- f.e. you manage call to Cisco via ARS - just add 0 in route.
Another way - f.e. 1XXX user in OXE, 2XXX - numbers in Cisco:
- create speed dial 2 with call number = prefix+0+2.

Re: Adding prefix 0 to calling number
I thought it is not posible to fix it on OXE site, but I didn't want to give them answear without testing it on site.
The case is too add 0 infront of calling number in transit call too Cisco.
Public provider send everything OK for OXE, but for transit torward Cisco, Cisco guys asked me too add 0 to public calling number!!! So they can handle unanswered calls on their site.
For OXE call to Cisco, everything is ok. I created direct abbreviated number with Cisco TG prefix
and internal number and it works fine.
I asked them to do it. They managed to add 0 to every call(public and OXE call). Now they have problem becouse they dont want add
0 to OXE call
Friend who works with Cisco told me that they can make translation rules for the case like this and he also writte it how to do it.
Thank you very much for your help.

My friend also wrote translation rule for Cisco and I
