Alcatel 4200E S0T08 ISDN

Hi,
I have a problem with our 4200E. A S0T08 card is used, but I don´t know how I connect an isdn phone to this card. I haven´t got the pin assignment of the burndy plug. Can anyone help me?

HI,

Long time since I connect these burndy plugs, but I think you connect it like this:

--wire--------- Hvite/green
--wire--------- Hvite/blue ----HERE IS SOTO8 CARD.
--wire----------blue
--wire----------green

Pair 1 = pin 2 & 3
Pair 3 = pin 1 & 4

If not, do the opposit...

You will need a S0PS4 daughterboard. When fitted on a S0T08, you will find that the board is "splitted" i two. Now only 4 acesses are available for trunk lines, but a dozen of new subscribers show up in the subsrcribers list.

Burndy: Pin 2+3 for transmit, pin 1+4 for recieve (may be the other way)

Thanks for your answer. My next problem ist, that i cannot use the CLIP function. When I want to call another phone (internal), on the display og the phone is standing "external call"! What have I do to solve the Problem?
