New GA-2 resetting

Hello gents,

I've installed a new GA-2 for to utilize the mastered conference feature, but as soon as it boots up and goes into service I get a strange error and it resets. I see the board go into service and then immediately resets. I have installed the new license file and rebooted both cpu's.

Here is the error I am getting:

Startup completed - awaiting user login ...
Interrupt network for entropy is disabled
Start VG_PROCESS using /dev/rtf5 and /dev/rtf4

Nevermind, there was a duplicate IP address.
