Making my Application accessible

Dear all,

I want to develop an Application for the OXO.
Now, I want to make my application accessible.

The PRS gets the Registration Document and parses the URL for the Connection/Configuration. Then the Config-Document is sent to the PRS.
The PRS only executes the XML, when an URL for Notification is included. But what does the PRS want from me, when he polls this URL?
I found nothing in the Documentations.

Please help me, thanks a lot ...
