Public calls from OXe thru OXO via H323

I have an OXe R8.0 connected to an OXO R6.1 via H323 trunks. OXO users are declared in OXe as Direct Spd Dial numbers (No gatekeeper is used). OXO ARS has been configured in the usual way. All local calls to users from OXe or OXO are successful. OXO users can also access the "public trunks" of the OXe. ie Break In/Break Out.

Question - Is it possible to configure the OXe to connect to the "public trunks" of the OXO via ARS. Customer requires certain numbers originating at the OXe to be dialled from the OXO???

I want to avoid using an individual prefix if possible.
