Digital 4029 phone

Hi,

We have purchased few Alcatel 4029 digital phones, Now we are facing one issue with this particular phones.
When a guest room calls from the villa it displays only the guest name.Eg : Mr.xxxxxxxxxx.

Earlier we were using Alcatel 4010.It was working perfectly. It shows both guest name and room number.Eg : Room number Mr.xxxxxxxxx.
