Hi,
Does anyone know how I can have an incoming call which has been forwarded from one subscriber to another, reach the mailbox of the 2nd set, rather than the 1st ?
I know the OXE has a class of service setting, but not sure about OXO.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I Think, It's impossible, because by design this feature is used for voice mailbox for Hunt group. First, ring to Virtual subscriber -> Dynamic routing to Hunt Group member -> Voice mailbox of this Virtual subscriber = Hunt Group mailbox.

I thought there may be a chance of some Noteworth Address or Label with which I could modify this design feature.

Hi,
you can do this with the ARS table.
But the last diversion must not set on the set. It must set to a short dial number (.
Create a trunk to ARS and set trunklist to local.
The the OXO handles the call like the second set was called direktly, because the call goes throught the ARS.
The short dial number must start with this new ARS trunk number.
