H'LLO ALL,
im using omnivista for omnipcx entr.
but early i wanted to conslt a particular
month report, how can i generate a report on a
early month like a report of january.

Athos,

We are in May now. You would like to generate the report for the month of Jan 2009. Normally the database keeps the data's for 94 days by default.

You can generate any report by introducing the date like "Greater than or equal to" 01/01/2009 00:00:01 and "Less than or equal to" 01/31/2009 23:59:59.

If you get empty report then restore archive tickets frm 4760_ARC/accounting/ticket/2009/01 folder.

You have to generate the report on the same day. (Is because the archived data will be deleted from database on nextday 1:45 am by daily job).

I my experience..

All the archive files are stored under 4760_ARC/accounting/ticket/year/month/day.archz format.

You have to restore the tickets based on your requirement.

I need to restore old accounting file.archz, how can i do ?
I've found the accounting file under 8770_ARC/accounting/ticket/year/month/day.archz
